About the Apartment

The apartment is situated on the beach at Caswell Bay, once featured on Britains Best View. The panoramic windows look right across the bay and the sea, giving stunning sights from dawn until dusk.

The apartment is made up of the main lounge, separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The apartment will sleep up to 6 people on one double bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the lounge.

In the lounge there is a flat panel television with Sky free sat (a Type of freeview) with DVD player and a Computer with internet access. There are also a few books and DVD's supplied. There are three double sofa's, as well as a fold away dining table with 6 chairs. The apartment is situated on the second floor, and has a full floor to ceiling panoramic window. Its great to sit in the living room and watch out over the bay.

The facilities in the kitchen are washer/dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, oven/gril and 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. Well stocked with all the kitchen utensils.

The facilities in the bathroom are toilet, large cubical with electric shower, sink and heated towel rail.

The apartment is accessed by stairs, so if any of your party are disabled, they will need assistance.

There is secure parking on site, you will be supplied with an electronic keyfob with your keys, this will get you into the main gate which leads down to the car park.

There is rarely a mobile phone signal at the flats although there is a payphone on site. Some networks do have coverage although it is hard to say who. You can get a mobile phone signal just a short walk up the road if it is urgant.

Pets are not permitted in the building at any time during the year.
